Change of Direct Deposit Information
You can change your direct deposit information by going to the Payroll Department located at 160 S. Hollywood, Room 130, Building COE. Be mindful that you can direct deposit your pay to any checking or savings account with a financial institution that’s part of the Federal Reserve System. With direct deposit, your net pay will be placed in your account on payday. You can only have your pay direct deposited into one bank account. You will be able to view/print your pay stub on-line using Employee Portal. If a delay in enrollment occurs you will receive your pay through an alternate means.

Lost or Stolen Badge?
Shelby County School's name badges must be worn at all times by all Lucy Elementary School's faculty & staff members. This is a board policy. Outside doors will be kept locked at all times during the day. Teachers can scan in by using ID badges. If your SCS badge is lost or stolen, you must visit SCS security office to secure a new badge. A $30.00 CASH charge is required to replace a lost or stolen badge.
LOST OR STOLEN SCHOOL KEYS
Teachers and administrators receive keys to the School. These recipients are entrusted with keys to the School to carry out the education objectives of the School. Because possession of a school key gives authorized persons unfettered access to the School grounds, to the students, and to sensitive records, all parties in possession of a key must keep the goals of confidentiality and safety in mind at all times. If you lose the keys assigned to you, it is your responsibility to immediately report to the Principal and Plant Manager that the key(s) has been lost and to report the last location and time when you had them in your possession. After two days, the keys will be determined lost and you will be charged for a replacement key of $25. Furthermore, at the end of every school year or once your employment ends with LES or Shelby County Schools, it is your responsibility to return your assigned keys immediately. Until you do so, the school may withhold my paycheck. I understand that failure to return the key may result in a penalty of $25 if returning to LES or $75 if not.
